Youth Pastor
When you think of old youth pastors, Allen fits that description! Old enough to be married to the lovely Jill Picirilli for 22 years. Old enough to have both daughters in high school, to have been at the church for over 16 years, and to have graduated from Luther Seminary with a degree in Youth and Family ministry.
Allen is the president of the Lady Cyclone Volleyball Booster Club, and enjoys watching his daughter Christen, a junior, on the floor with the defending conference champions. This means that he rooks his wife and sister into all of the grunt labor needed to make the Booster Club a success. Catie, his sophomore, was the captain of the National Bible Tic Tac Toe Champions of the denomination this summer! This was a tremendous accomplishment, and Allen was so nervous that he could not even watch some of the matches!
First Free Will Baptist has been such a great place of ministry for Allen, and for his family. He has loved his time as youth pastor in this great family of believers!
